Being a complete novice in this field prior to my current position, I was seeking a reliable supplier and someone I could work with. Ultimately, I needed to reserve my workload for generating money for our fast growing business and couldn’t afford the time or money to employ someone internally to do so. The outsourcing of the communications function through a broker, seemed an excellent way to take the stresses and inexperience off my plate!
I was recommended to 360coms and have never regretted that decision since. They are highly accessible, with good internal knowledge which is compounded and supported by further outsourced specialists. Our account manager is very much visible and interested in our business and our needs. She defends our corner when the large networks try and take advantage of our SME status as well as being very sympathetic and committed when dealing with issues and challenges we face on a communications front.
I’d strongly recommend 360coms for any business of any size as we have grown vastly from a new start to a multi-national operation within 3 years, and never once have I found their service offering unsuitable. I like their commercial approach to the relationship as well as the fact they are proactive to often find solutions to problems or cost saving ideas that you wouldn’t otherwise know existed. I would certainly never consider bringing this function in house having experienced how good this support can be (with the right supplier!).
