Since that time, I have had several account managers due to the growth of 360group, and what has stood out to me are two things really. The first is, how consistently warm, friendly and helpful each person i have dealt with has been.
The second is, however many times I deal with a different member of your staff, the continuity is there, i don’t have to explain from the start, as your team have a great system in place where they can all access exactly what is happening with my account.
These two things really stood out over other companies that I deal with in general, and are why I won’t be using anyone else for my communication needs.

I have used 360group for my mobile phones for many years and have found their service to be of the highest standard. Last year when our contracts were up for renewal Ben came to see us so he could listen to what we need and make sure we have the best services for our money both now and moving forward. They improved the tariff we were on with O2 and helped us move our landlines to a hosted system, our email servers over to Office 365 and increase our broadband speeds by upgrading our data services.
